If you are 11 and up register and join SFPL for S.T.E.A.M. Thursday series in June and July 2022. "June 2: No-Sew Octopus - Make something fun and unique, stretch your creativity, and learn new skills! Come make a squishy new friend in this week's S.T.E.A.M. activity. Participants will upcycle a t-shirt to create a squishy cuddly baby octopus! Using scissors, a mesh bath scrub/pouf, a couple of adorable felt eyes, and an old t-shirt participants will create their very own baby octopus squish to take home. Please bring an old t-shirt from home (sized YS or larger). *When choosing the t-shirt that you bring from home, please keep in mind that the size, color, and any pattern or graphic image printed on it will determine the look of your finished baby octopus.* " Space is limited to 15 participants. You must be 11 or older. If you are interested in an event registration is required for that specific date. The dates of the S.T.E.A.M. series at Spanish Fort Public Library (SFPL) are June 2, June 9, June 16, June 23 and June 30 as well as July 7, July14, July 21 and July 28, 2022.
