Press release from Richland County School District Two: May 2, 2022 Choice II is now open. Applications for Expanded Choice, Magnets and the Richland Two Virtual School are available online through Monday, May 30 at 5 p.m. at richland2.org/choice. Check the district and school websites for more information on Expanded Choice, Magnets, and the Richland Two Virtual School. In Richland Two, students have the opportunity to learn in schools beyond their residentially zoned school. Through the Choice program, they may apply to attend another school or magnet within the district. Parents may apply electronically each December or May for placement that takes effect the following school year. Only students residentially zoned for Richland Two are eligible to apply and participate. Parents and/or guardians must provide transportation for all Choice options.
