NORTHPORT, NY — Northport High School seniors Aileen McPartland and Rocco Stola were recognized with the Outstanding Leadership in Physical Education award by the Suffolk Zone Chapter of the New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, according to a news release from the district. Aileen and Rocco were awarded for their commitment to their respective sports, as well as being remarkable students overall. They both plan to continue their athletics at college next year.
