BURNSVILLE, MN — The city of Burnsville announced that its annual plant sale will take place on May 21 this year. The plant sale is open to both Burnsville residents and non-residents, the city said. The event will take place from 9 a.m.-noon in City Hall's parking lot, according to the city's website. A few of the vendors offer pre-ordering, the city said. Pre-orders must placed by May 15, according to the city.
