Paid Pine Needle Pick-up Help Needed

I am leaving for an extended trip on the 18th of May. Ive been able to get the pine needles in my front yard mostly raked up and mostly bagged but I need someone to help me finish up baging in the front yard and rake and bag the backyard. Our house is on a.5 acre lot in University Heights, so the backyard is approx..25 acres. I'm not sure how to determine appropriate payment. I'd estimate there's about four hours work.
