Description
Hi, I’m a late-20’s muzak dabblin’ dude and an aurtistic goofhound with (if you could see it) a face that says “I hope everyone’s not thinkin’ ‘Man, will this guy get to the point already!’”
If I haven’t spooked you off yet, this might be the gig for you…
I’m seeking (at least) two good-humored peeps who:
-Are below 40’s, pardon my vanity
-can keep a funk/rock (or odd) drum beat
-play at least one melodic instrument.
-are interested in live performance art
The goal’n’gimmick being to play “musical chairs” and switch instruments every song or few. I think this would minimize monotony for us, as well as expand the range of sound and make for a more entertaining performance.
I have a boatload of songs ideas and gags to be pulled throughout the show but am totally open to equal contribution. Plus I got a sprinkle of nepotiz in the Allston/Brighton region. Did I mention a practice space? There’s that, too. And, uh- am I forgetting anything?
Oh yeah, here’s my chops in lo-fi but, you’re gonna need headphones and an open mind (this project is totally separate)
