Great communication skills.
Able to handle multi project going same time.
Tech saggy. All complaints are via application app.
Painting.
Light electrical work.
Light plumbing work.
Knowledge on gas heaters and gas boilers.
Lawn mowing as need it for all properties.
Inspection of units when tenants move out
Possible side jobs also when unit empty. Prep for next tenant.
