Hiring pool repair technician

We are a mid size pool service and maintenance company servicing Las Vegas and Henderson. Due to our rapidly growing size, we are looking for a second pool repair technician that can handle all pool equipment repairs: pump/filter/valve/skimmer/popups/etc. DO NOT APPLY if you aren't already doing these types of repairs since this is not -learn-on-the-job. You should be experienced and well-versed in Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy equipment and be able to take things apart to troubleshoot them and diagnose the issue with accuracy. Once you diagnose, you should be able to know which parts to purchase (through our account), schedule with the customer, and install. This position requires you to be able to communicate and schedule with customers and provide updates on a timely basis. Compensation is by repair project which we will discuss if we decide to move forward. Please reply with your experience and compensation needs.
