Yardwork/Brush and Debris Removal

Hello, I am looking for someone individually or with a crew to remove a bunch of brush, take down and remove some old planting beds and level them out, remove some old wood/lumber and other items, take down a tree, clear out the yard area, and cut back some brush/tall grass. Basically, I want to prep one area of a yard for some new grass and landscaping, and then another area just needs some general yard work maintenance (the cutting back area along the house). Attached are pictures of the area with some comments on them to show what I am looking for and the extent of the work. I would like to get this done soon if possible, but if a good bid and references are offered, I would be willing to wait a little if necessary.
