WARNING if, you have posted a lost or found pet. I found a young cat, she’s friendly and loving…obviously not feral/stray. She’s had a home so, I posted a found pet ad. BE AWARE that there are bored pathetic people out there that are replying to posts claiming it’s their lost pet; it’s not. And, they never come pick up the pet they claim is theirs. It has just happened to me. And, it’s happened to a good friend of mine that posted his lost dog…in his case the loser was saying she saw the dog; she hadn’t. She was playing games with him. She does it to get your hopes up so you feel good that you found the pets owner or that you might be close to finding your pet…knowing you’ll feel terrible when you realize she’s been playing a game with you! Sick & stupid is what she is… BE AWARE of that phone number please.
