Immunocompromised Artist Seeks Housekeeper for Non-Toxic Household Looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented person with a passion for organization and a love of cleanliness for weekly cleaning and housekeeping of 2-bedroom casita with loft, plus cleaning of another 1-bedroom apartment on the property. TASKS: • Deep cleaning • Laundry • Household organization, upkeep, etc. • Small fix-it jobs • Basic yard care, and/or oversight of a yard maintenance professional • Bathing a very sweet and easily managed dog • Miscellaneous assistance YOU MUST: • Be highly organized and eagle eyed, ideally with an artistic flair • Anticipate needs and be able to keep the household running smoothly • Be dependable, and able to commit to the position for at least 1yr • Use the provided non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products • Be able to accommodate someone with noise, chemical, and electrical sensitivities • Not wear fragrance, scented personal products, or clothing with scented laundry detergent while working • Leave your cell phone, apple watch, iPad – all electronics - in car or off while working • Be physically able to perform required tasks (ie. climb the loft ladder, carry laundry between two nearby houses on property, etc) • Wear a KN95 mask while on the property (which we can provide) • Be fluent in English, both spoken and written • Be able to provide references, pass a background check, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement Hours: Approximately 10-15hrs per week, split between 2 days of work Schedule: Monday and/or Thursday ideal, but days are negotiable. Schedule also negotiable but would need to include at least one day for 6-8hrs beginning no earlier than 12pm.
