Hello fellow creators!! We are running a 3,000sqft creative collective in Boulder and are looking to fill several spaces; 1) individual room @ 180sqft 2) Individual room @ 100sqft 3) main shop area work station @ 60sqft All of the spaces come with many extra perks and amenities including access to shared spaces of the warehouse such as the kitchen/bathroom area, main bay access of the shop with a 13ft roll-up door, upstairs Lounge & common area. One of the rooms that has recently opened up was previously used as a sewing room for a member who was creating hand bags and festival ware. Artists & crafters of all types are welcome to apply/schedule a meeting to view the spaces that have recently opened up. Painters, Sculptors, Musicians, woodworkers, whatever your artistic/professional endeavors are let us know and come take a look at the space!! Monthly Rent for the three areas listed above will be from $400/M - $850/M depending on if there is another person that needs access to the space & also how much storage area you want to reserve. This warehouse is located in The heart of the NoBo arts district that holds the monthly “First Friday” art walks so if you are looking to promote yourself/ Art/ or your business there is tons of foot traffic and exposure around our unit!!
