ISO chicken coop cleaner

I am in search of someone who will clean my chicken coop and run. The ground has composted hay and of course chicken and duck poop, probably about 10 bales of it, and this needs to be scraped up and hauled to our compost pile which is about 40 yards away. We have a tractor bucket for the transport of the compost, however the run is fenced in so the compost would need to be shoveled into the bucket. The run is about 15' x 40'. Looking to do a flat rate agreement for the job. Happy to work out an ongoing arrangement for future cleanings, or do it as a one-time deal.
