Description

Hello Seattle Classical Musician Community! I'm a percussionist with a studio space in Ballard. When I first got to town, it was very difficult to feel comfortable practicing in apartments or shared living situations, so finding a space to practice and teach out of was a necessity. Now that I have a space, I'd like to start sharing it with the classical music community by making my studio available for rent at a low monthly rate. The space is large enough to fit small ensembles as well, likely toping out at around 8 instrumentalists. Rental Info: For now, the space is only available while I'm not in the studio teaching, practicing, or rehearsing. As time goes on, I'm hoping to reduce the amount of time I spend in the studio to open up more times for you all. >>Respond to this ad for my current studio availability.<< Terms: Rent the space for one 3 hour block per day. Rent is charged monthly based on how many 3 hour blocks you would like to rent per week. 1 block/week: $80/month 2 blocks/week: $140/month 3 blocks/week: $220/month 4 blocks/week: $300/month Amenities: Yamaha DGX-660 3 music stands 1 tall stool 1 drum throne 1 folding chair (working on getting more of these) HEPA air filter, room ventilation restrooms and kitchenette on site Wifi Scarlet 2i2 Interface and AKG P120 mic available for recording (you'll need to bring the computer) Extra charge for use of percussion instruments: 5 piece Drum set Marimba and Vibraphone other drums and hand drums (ask if I have it)
