Stolen Items from Car REWARD

At 3am on May 2nd, someone ripped the front lock off our building, then ripped the lock off the building garage, then broke into our car and stole a bunch of sentimental and invaluable items. We're offering a reward for anymore information about who this person might be or where we might find our things. Among the items lost were a persian wooden inlay box. Inside the box were loose gemstones, including small emeralds, aquamarine, tourmaline, moonstone, iolite, and diamonds. Detailed information can be given about this, and this is the only thing we really care about. A bronze bracelet that doesn't look like much A black power grinder, among other tools (my husband is a welder/fabricator) Attached is a photo of the culprit, after they stole one of our neighbor's coats from his car. Located in Lower Queen Anne. We already have a good idea of what local tweaker did this, but any more additional information would be very useful. thank you
