Contracting company looking to add general laborers. Will be a helper to a supervisor/worker on site. Start time between 07:00 and 09:00 Decks and porches helper. New installation. Restoration. Structure rehab. Bathroom. Kitchen. General residential construction. -PAY- Day 1: $100 everyone gets this first day. Day 2: $100 or $120 or $140 or $150 First week, each day paid 50% start of day and rest eod Starting second week, you will be paid weekly instead of daily. 8 hr work day. Overtime paid 1.5 hr rate Lunch included. Bring own breakfast. After 6 month employment, health insurance and 401k option available. Required: 18 years of age No smoking. None. Valid Drivers License No criminal background Background checks conducted Drug test. Preferred: Korean speaker Punctuality required. cellphone policy: if it gets in the way of work according to the company’s decision, you will be asked to take pay and not return.
