Even during this unique year, our company has experienced exciting growth. We are looking for an electrician with a background as a commercial, industrial, or maintenance electrician who would enjoy collaborating with a team to install, upgrade and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. As a company, we are interested in people who have an eye for continuous improvement, want to be problem solvers, and bring quality to the decision-making process while building respectful relationships. Our Ideal Maintenance Electrician: • Skilled: Knowledgeable of conduit installation, wire terminations, and sensor installations. PLC Programming is a plus. Can read electrical prints. Previous experience working as an industrial, commercial, or maintenance electrician. • Mechanical: Aptitude for problem-solving and improving equipment in a manufacturing environment. • Collaborative: Able to work effectively with engineers, operators, maintenance, and other departments • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using a computer, able to research online & learn new software & apps related to the job. • Active: This is a job for someone who likes to be on the move – walking, standing, lifting 50+lbs, climbing, etc. • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do great work. Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with teammates.
