Description
I am looking for a new home for a young crested gecko with tank. I believe he is a male but not 100% sure. I am rehoming him with his 20gal bowfront live-planted, bioactive tank, and LED strip light. The tank has a healthy growing umbrella palm, moss rope perches, wood limbs, a water dish, and has been seeded with isopods and spring tails. The gecko is, I believe, a brindle with dalmation spots. He is not suitable for breeding, as he was a rescue, and comes from an unknown lineage. He is not terribly comfortable with being handled, and still has his tail. He is eating pangea complete with insects, with occasional live prey. I also swap in some different flavors of pangea, or repashy for variety. He is not real interested in live bugs, but will sometimes take a fee dubias or crickets. Has been slow to put on weight, but is very active at night in the tank. Tends to eat small amounts frequently rather than large meals. I put a bit of fresh pangea in his tank every night rather than every other. I will be rehoming only to an experienced pet home, and am in no hurry to get rid of him. I am downsizing my life a bit.
I am asking $120, which is less than the cost of the tank by itself to recoup a little of the setup cost, and ensure that he is going to a suitable home.
