Need Help putting in small air conditioners

I have a friend who is a disabled vet. He needs 2 air conditioners put in. They are on porch and don't have to be carried very far, they both need to be put in on 1st floor. I can have windows ready and help a little, but I have 3 hernias and can't lift. Text or Call Rich @ 319-360-13 three two.
