Need some ceiling smoothing out in living room

Had some work done, after a flood upstairs, and was left with a couple of patches that don't look even. It's an area about five by five feet that needs smoothing out in order to make it look even on the ceiling. Would like someone near the Gaithersburg area to take a look at it. I am NOT interested in someone traveling a long way to do this job given that it's not a big job. This is a job that could be done IN ADDITION to other work on the same day. Therefore, I don't want someone coming from Virginia or a long way off in order to take a look at this job. Please let me know if you can come by and take a look at the job. THANKS
