Place to host low income students for tutoring

I am hoping to provide free reading tutoring for elementary students of low-income families. I am looking for a public place - church, community center, office building with extra space in the Brandon or Progress Village area that could provide a free space for tutoring. Thank you! It is a dire need - many children need extra reading support, but families can’t afford tutoring.
