Looking to get small lawn cut periodically

I'm looking for someone that is willing to cut my lawn periodically...(((as needed or when I call)) I prefer a private individual, not a lawn company that likes to cut your lawn and bill you, even when it doesn't need to be cut! Or has ridiculous prices! I've had enough of that! If you are able to cut, weed whack and blow of the debris and are reliable, that's what I'm interested in. The lawn is well below 1.4 acre and fairly small. It is located in the community of Southgate. If you are interested, please reply and I will give you the address so you can give me an estimate. All of the estimates I have received so far have been between $25 to $40. So if your estimate will be more than that, I won't be interested. I will reply to all responses. I will also remove the this post once I have made a decision so that it doesn't waste your time. Thank you
