We are looking for full time insulation installers. We are small company growing rapidly with opportunity for growth within. Installers are paid on a piece rate system based on how much material they install. We offer a paid training period and health dental and vision. Our installers travel the greater Spokane area daily to help make homes and buildings healthy and energy efficient. Qualifications • Lift 50+lbs repeatedly • Climb 6 foot ladder • Be comfortable in crawl spaces • Self-motivated We are looking for people who can reliably and consistently get to work at 7 am. We have jobsites throughout the Spokane area and installers must be able to work effectively without a supervisor present. Responsibilities include: driving box trucks; loading and unloading materials; climbing ladders and or scaffolding to install materials; cutting materials to fit; stapling materials into place; managing time wisely to finish jobs on schedule. Installers can consistently make $25-$30 per hour with opportunities to make more. We pay weekly. Email [email protected] with your contact information.
