If you have 5 years or more of "In the trenches" residential roofing knowledge to include: * Crew Lead / Management * Tricky roof details / Permitting * Tear-off & re-sheet * Framing / Installing laminate shingles / Flashing We want you to apply with us today! We need a Project Manager who is able to respectfully talk clients through their questions and patiently deal with troublesome clients who are angry or confused when it comes to their roofing project. We need a strong leader to manage, train and grow our roofing crews to accomplish the huge pile of work we have lined up! You will be responsible for the following (to name a few as additional duties will be assigned as needed as we grow): * Getting projects completed in a timely manner with the high quality that we promise our clients * Direct our in-house employees and subcontractors * Drive and maintain our 5-star google reviews * Contact client's after each sale and keep them updated on the schedule of their project, any change orders and through to completion * Use in-house software to keep projects updated / Order materials and keep track of crews * Maintain google calendar / Scheduling / Photo app used for roofing jobs / Emails * Monitor and approve timecards accurately We have steady work and the busy season is here! Our goal is to be completing 2-3 average sized (20-25SQ) roofs per week to start, then build up to twice that later this year. Pay will be tied to gross profits made by the company.
