Closets by Design is immediately hiring for its Installer Development Program. The program is designed to quickly develop an untrained closet installer into a successful lead installer. This position will work with a Lead Installer and learn the installation process of products in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer. Requirements: Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record. Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus. Basic math skills. Good communication skills. We offer: High entry level pay, with fast opportunity for weekly bonus pay. Our lead installers earn between $65,000 and $80,000 annually while working 5 days a week. $1000 retention bonus Employee benefit package Paid holidays Paid vacation Average promotion time from hire to lead installer is 9 months.
