Be a part of an essential company! On our growing Inbound Sales team, you will partner with clients that ship on a daily/monthly basis to keep their items moving across the country. You will be their freight expert in determining the best solutions for their shipping needs, creating long-term customer relationships, and repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Demonstrate comprehensive sales techniques and strategies by providing a variety of viable solutions depending on each customers’ needs.
Be highly motivated and show that energy while doing what you love
Maintain existing customers and look for new opportunities with them by upselling the wide variety of services we offer
Be able to close business consistently with an emphasis on service-oriented solutions
Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency in MS Office products or similar
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Personable and persistent with a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and multi-task
Self-motivated
