Pro Photo Supply, Oregon’s Photography, Video and Imaging Source, currently has an opening for a member of our sales and inventory team. You’ll be helping our customers with questions, counting stock and helping us be the best camera store on the planet. An Inventory Control Specialist provides inventory control for the company through effective processes, communication, and documentation. You love working as part of a team that are all striving for the same goal. You enjoy inventory work and appreciate a tidy, well organized workplace. You’re a real joy to be around! General Responsibilities: Receiving merchandise and stocking the store Picking and packing orders Counting stock and helping to keep inventory organized Administrative duties; making rebate claims with vendors Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Enthusiasm about our products and industry and a commitment to learning more Strong phone and email contact handling skills, active listening Independent and sound decision making based on guidelines Desire to be part of a team and to help that team achieve its goals A desire for continuous improvement in processes and teamwork Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively Be able to consistently interact with coworkers and the public in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner Total of 40 hours per week.
