Hiring a Barn Manager for Hunter/Jumper Barn A high-performance hunter/jumper barn located in beautiful Tumalo, Oregon is looking to hire a Barn Manager. We are a full-service training center that oversees all aspects of the care, health, and overall well-being of our horses. The barn manager’s responsibilities will be making sure that the barn runs smoothly, assisting the trainers, and attending to the care of our horses. Duties include but not limited to: • Feeding • Watering • Turnout • Monitoring horse feed and conditioning • Managing employees and scheduling • Bookkeeping and payroll • Grooming • Blanketing • General horse care We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and reliable. Previous horse experience is required. Bookkeeping experience and management experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is based on experience.
