MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Valid/Clean driver’s license required. • Ability to maintain, inspect, and clean equipment. • Work well with team • Communicates with co-workers, customers, and public in a respectful manner. • Highly motivated and a positive attitude. • Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements. • Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift and carry 50lbs • Constant physical effort, including standing, is required during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day. Employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time. • Works closely with other crew members using hand signals to coordinate work and ensure safety. • Ability to work 40+ hours per week with minimal absences, weekends, & nights when needed WORK ENVIRONMENT • Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. • Work environment periodically exposes the employees to high levels of noise, grease, and dust that is typically associated with a construction project. • Employee regularly works near heavy equipment and moving machinery. • Work may involve a variety of substances commonly found on construction sites such as form oil, grease, curing compounds, gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt hot mix, asphalt emulsions and ready mixed concrete. SEALCOATING TECHNICIANS & LINE STRIPERS • Experience is preferred but not required. • Anything and everything associated with asphalt sealing/marking of streets, parking lots driveways, etc. From unloading/loading of equipment, cleaning of asphalt, crack sealing, striping, painting, edging, spraying asphalt, traffic control, laying out parking lines, carrying equipment, cleaning and maintaining asphalt sealing/striping equipment and tools. • Maintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety at the job-site. • Consistent in delivering a clean, uniform, perfect job every time free of overspray. Experience: • Sealcoating: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations Desired Skills and Experience • Leadership skills • Organizational skills • Computer skills • Experience running a fleet • Operate machines such as sealcoat tanker, striper, crackfill buggy • CDL Preferred.
