Looking for a babysitter

I am looking for a baby sitter or daycare for long term for my 3 year old son. Looking for a daycare that is flexible with hours and not just the typical 7:30am-5pm I am looking for something that starts earlier than 7:30 am and that stays open longer than 5:30 pm for work purposes and most centers aren’t reliable or have flexible hours that a single parent would need in order to work. If a experienced sitter or anyone who knows a center that may open at 6am and stay open until like 7 or 8pm please let me know. Also will be needing a sitter for date nights occasionally
