Deck needs pressure washing, light sanding and staining

Relatively simple job. We have a pressure washer you can use and we will provide a few cans of stain. I say light sanding may be needed because if you look at the pictures you'll see some greenish decay starting to set in on parts of the deck and I doubt the pressure washer will get it all out without damaging the wood. One day would be pressure washing and sanding and one day will be applying the stain. Roughly 4 hours days each. Pay is $240, so if you have a friend, it would be $120 per person, or if you want to do it all yourself thats fine too. Text me so we can schedule the 2 days, it will have to be a day that it's not raining obviously, so we'll play that by ear. Thanks.
