Looking for a painters who live close to Center City, who have worked at least 5 years as a *full-time painter*, is proficient in all prepping and finish painting procedures. Capable of making minor carpentry repair's and light cement work. Okay working from 40' foot ladders. Should have a driver's license. Able to pass a background check and provide references.
