I want to make decals for 28mm Historical models-mainly slide on shield decals. I know what I want, but need your help making it happen. This is a paying job, but I am retired, so I am hoping not too much. I have a hp envy printer, and will pay for all materials. Please text first, as I do not answer unknown numbers.
