All you need is a vehicle and a smartphone. We need photos of these properties and most homes you won't even have to get out of your car. It takes from a minute to 5 minutes to complete the job and you will just text me the photos. As soon as I receive the photos I will Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal you the cash within an hour. Some zip codes have more than one home and some only have one home. This is not a situation where you will want to go outside of your immediate area because they only pay $8.00 for each house.
