Handyman style work doing clean and prep for long-term rentals after a tenant leaves and before the next moves in. All turns are in the Birmingham area Must be able to do simple wiring, framing, painting, pressure-washing, and plumbing. Must have your own vehicle/tools. Most turns can be completed with a single person in only a couple of days Must of insurance and a tax id (SSN, or EIN, or I9)
