Painting exterior of 2 small houses

I need a painter who can do part of the exterior of 2 different houses. All trim/walls are the same color. No secondary coloring. These are duplexes and 1/2 was painted at some point. I need to paint the other half. You need your own sprayer/tools/ladder/transportation. I can get you started and provide paint but will need to be at work most of the day so you need to be able to work on your own. This job needs a sprayer, do not apply if you do not have one. Only apply if you have a lot of experience painting home exteriors. These are rental properties. Flat rate or $20 an hour. Text me with your experience.
