Our 4 year old is now going to school full time and has sadly outgrown his incredible nanny. She only speaks Spanish, but understands English. Our son is now bilingual because of her. We managed fine on my high school Spanish and Google translate. For three years she has cared for him like an immediate family member and, without any expectation or request from us, she has also cooked for our whole family and cleaned our house while he napped. She pays attention and cares for children unlike anyone else -- a rare gem deeply passionate about her job. Rate will be between 700 and 800/week. She’s very familiar Inwood, UWS, and with much of Harlem, but could also work in other parts of Manhattan and the Bronx.
