Heritage Catering has (seasonal) Summer opportunities to work events. Join us for 6 weeks on Madison’s Capitol Square for Concerts on the Square. We provide table service to over 250 guests each week. In addition, join us on June 18th to work for a day at Epic. Reach out to us to learn more about how you can get involved! We offer shifts for $20-$30/hour PLUS cash and gift card bonuses to employees who join us for Epic AND the 6 Wednesday concerts from June 29-Aug 3rd. Refer friends and receive gift cards for use to purchase food, drinks and meat! We also have shifts available weekly to help us prepare for events. Wages range from $16-$19/hr to help with work to prepare for events. Summer Schedule and Work Opportunities June 10th - June 17th we are hiring a team to assist with food prep. Daytime shifts, flexible scheduling, pay range $16-$19/hr. Food prep experience is helpful, but not required. Event day: Saturday, June 18th - 7am - 5pm Epic campus - “Epicnic” (staff picnic) Work with a team to assemble and serve small bites for up to $20-$30/hour. We are hiring leads to run each team and team members to help assemble each menu item. Concerts on the Square - 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3 HIRING: Table Captains, Food Runners, BOH Support We will have available hours all Summer for shifts on the days leading up to each Concert to help with filling orders and preparing in between each service. About Us Heritage Catering has been providing upscale catering services to both private and corporate customers in and around Madison since 2012. We operate Heritage Tavern in downtown Madison and Fox Heritage Farms in Prairie du Sac. Heritage Tavern is an independent restaurant that is family owned and operated. We offer a sophisticated atmosphere with fine dining service and a fun craft cocktail bar. We have been successfully operating since 2013 with a rotating menu with fresh, farm to table influences and old world classics. We work with local ingredients from farmers in Dane county and high quality meats from our own animals and meat processing facility. Fox Heritage Farms/Willow Creek is our meat processing facility and home office, located in Prairie du Sac. We have a central office at this location and operate a small meat market for the public. In partnership with small WI family farms, we breed and raise our Berkshire hogs on open pasture, without antibiotics or hormones. All products we sell are produced by our local team and out of our own meat processing facility. We sell products both wholesale and retail.
