Handyman and Assistant

Looking for a handyperson who can assist me with basic residential maintenance of rental homes. Needs reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and preferably own tools. Looking for someone with basic handyman skills including trim and basic carpentry, drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing and electric if possible, minor roof repair if possible. Must be able to work alone or with others. Good team member. Fast and efficient without overanalyzing situations and making decisions. Will pick up materials, start, manage or complete jobs. Full time or part time, depending on applicant.
