We're two fun loving active seniors, fun to be around, full of life, the glass is full types!!! We seek to only be around other similar life forces!!! We enjoy a great life!. The main environment of our great life enjoyment is our home. They say age is but a number. We agree it's only a number except when your mind tells you to accomplish something and your body starts saying hold on a minute we really aren't up to the challenge. We all get there if we're lucky and live a long life. Thus enter our reality check! We need a full time great person who is fun to be around. No social vampires wanted here!!! The person we hire will be a person with a great work ethic who is fun to be around with a positive can do attitude. Someone who is honest, reliable, punctual and detail and result oriented with a clean background, computer savvy, has a cell phone, email address and a dependable car. We seek a healthy person able to physically and mentally perform all duties of this position who is not a risk to us with any health issues being brought into our home. We are profoundly health conscience at our age. We are vaccinated, double boostered and covid free. We are looking for a clean healthy person with the same respect for life who is a nonsmoker, drug free, covid free also vaccinated and boostered. The person will be able to lift 75 lbs. and climb a ladder to help us maintain our small home with a very small property with the following: Organize Home and Storage (purge unnecessary items keep everything neat and clean) Pool Maintenance (maintain heated pool & spa - vacuum, chemicals, hose down pool deck) Light Maintenance (clean gutters, wash windows in and out, detail car in and out, put trash cans at curb weekly) Yard Work (cut very small area of grass, maintain and weed 4 very small flower beds around pool) Shopping and Errands (shopping for any items needed, pickup prescriptions, drop off and pickup dry cleaning) Meals (prep basic meals for the two of us very easy family recipes) Cleaning (home, laundry, dishes) Pet Care (take care of 2 tiny pets) Our Kids! The days and hours we need someone are Mon - Fri - 8 AM To 4 PM with AM/PM & Lunch Breaks (You'll Be Working 7 Hours Per Day With 1 Hour Of Breaks & Lunch) For clarity you will be working 7 hours per day for us: hourly rate first 30 days $18.00 per hour - plus meals and per mileage reimbursement hourly rate next 30 days $19.00 per hour - plus meals and per mileage reimbursement hourly rate next 30 days $20.00 per hour - plus meals and per mileage reimbursement - plus healthcare, paid vacation and personal days Hope you are still awake. The bottom line is we want a clean healthy person who maintains themself and their environment in a clean, healthy and organized manner at all times. Basically, we are looking for you to help us live the same clean healthy and organized life you do.
