We need someone skilled in "all things" building maintenance and repair (residential). Specifically, we have a couple of small drywall projects, a door replacement and some deck repairs that need immediate attention. There may be a few other odds and ends that reveal themselves, but no major rehab or construction. We're seeking to hire someone who is competent, has required tools and is available ASAP. This is perhaps a two day project, but a highly skilled and effecient person could likely do everything in one day. We're open to compensate however you prefer, hourly, daily, flat-rate?
