We do background checks/ drug checks. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and a constant working cell phone with voicemail. No smoking while working. All properties are smoke free. I have part time work on Mondays (sometime Tuesdays) & Wednesdays during the day only. No weekends or nights. I'm looking for a "reliable" person to help with odd jobs, yard work, help organizing basements and garages, can help with installing and programming cameras on properties, has basic mechanical skills to maintain and enhance rental properties in Clifton.
Living in or near Clifton is a plus.
