Valet trash pick up 3 days a week, maintain grounds and common area for Condo Association, clean pool and assist the lead maintenance. This is Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Will consider part time the schedule would have to fall on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, part time would be great for a college student or semi retired person. Heavy lifting and climbing ladders is part of the work scope. Located near TCU.
