Looking for furnace, air conditioning, boiler and hot water heater installers and helpers. If you just do furnaces and sheet metal or you do it all this is for you. We are a small home services company located in Chicago and need experienced HVAC installers and helpers for the summer. We can pay you cash the same day when the installation is complete or do 1099. It's up to you. We supply the equipment and materials needed. You must have your own van, tools and some misc. parts and supplies. Any parts or supplies you use of your own will be reimbursed. How This Works: 1. Let's do a phone call and see if it's a good fit for both of us. 2. Once we agree on how much you get paid per installation (furnace, AC, or both or a hot water heater etc.) we will start contacting you. 3. When we get an install we'll call or text you to see if you're available. For example, today is Monday May 9th. We would text you and ask "Can you do a furnace and AC install at 4000 N. Western ave in Chicago Tue 10th or Wed. 11th?" Just reply back "yes" or "no". If "yes" we'll call you with the details and to coordinate the delivery of equipment, supplies etc. from the supply house. If "no" and you're busy, that's ok. 4. When the installation is an hour away from being complete text us. We'll send our rep out to the job location to check the install. If everything looks good and is working properly you get paid right there. 5. We are also looking for helpers. We agree on a $$ per hour and pay you at the end of each day. Flexible schedule, work when your available. Most of the time it will be helping on installations. You will be helping carry AC units and furnaces, carrying equipment, tools, supplies, etc. Various stuff. Helpers get a gas bonus of $10 - $15 depending where you live. 6. Almost all of our installs are located on the North side of Chicago FYI. IMPORTANT: Reply with your full name and phone number. If you're a one or two man operation please reply with your business phone. We do look that up online to screen out any bad actors. We don't want any trouble. Just to do some installs together and you get paid well for your time. We also keep your info 100% confidential. We do not want to cause you any problems if you're working for someone else full or part time. None of our business. Besides, we text you to see if you're available.
