CDPAP offers the following Caregiver pay rates:  NYC (Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx, Manhattan): $18.60/hour plus Paid Sick Leave Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17/hour plus Paid Sick Leave The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is a Medicaid program which allows those that need Home Care services to choose their family (except legal spouse) and friends to be their paid caregiver. To register with Health Aide, Medicaid Consumer must agree to enroll into a participating Manager Long Term Care plan (MLTCp).
