We are a custom fabrication shop in Chandler and we design and create custom fixtures, displays, cabinetry, signage, and architectural pieces for commercial and residential projects. We work with a wide range of clients, including: • Museums: exhibits, display cases/pedestals, and interactive displays • Hospitality and Retail: fixtures and artwork • Corporate: furnishings, signage, and plaques We are seeking a part-time shop assistant to add to our team. This position is primarily janitorial with a majority of the work consisting of cleaning and organizing. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, communicate well and able to follow verbal and written directions. In addition to working with a highly collaborative team, we provide: • A supportive environment • Growth and development opportunities • A 2-4 day work week from 7am to 5:30pm Compensation: $13 per hour Shop Assistant Job Responsibilities: • Maintaining the daily cleanliness and organization of the workshop • Disposing of trash • Loading and unloading trucks • Making deliveries and pick-ups in company vehicle • Packaging and shipping • Will be trained to assist with metal, wood and plastic fabrication • Mechanical assembly • Assist craftsmen with on-site installations Required Skills and Experience: • Experience with basic hand and power tools • Ability to maintain an organized and clean shop environment • Friendly and professional • Be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Must pass a pre-employment background check ***To apply please submit your resume, in PDF format, to the email address below.
