How It Works: We Pickup and Deliver! 1. Put your dirty laundry in a good quality bag (no need to separate light and dark items). 2. We wash, dry, and fold your items. 3. Items will be returned neatly packaged and folded in a clear bag. We supply Tide and Gain laundry soap for no additional charge as well as choice of Gain or Bounce Dryer Sheets. If you have personal request for laundry soap, softeners, scent beads or dryer sheets you must send your own. We are NOT responsible for allergies to detergents or other products used. Pet items must be bagged separately from human items. In which it will be available for dropoff the next business day (Monday). Tip for a Quick Drop Off: Having your clothing in reasonably weighed bags. If your bags are over stuffed or over 25 pounds each you may be required to move some of them into another bag. All orders are paid half in advance before order is received. We're currently only accepting Venmo, Zelle, Cash or CashApp. Debit and Credit Cards can be added to some of those apps. We've used these apps for many years without any issues. We are not responsible for customer errors if payment is sent to the wrong person. Always recheck your information for the recipient before sending funds to anyone ever.
