We need a KILLER Sax player – SUB player

We are an established Corporate/Wedding dance band looking for a polished, experienced sax player. We are going to have a record-breaking year and need to find a sax player who knows how to add the “secret sauce” to our sound. Our regular sax player is phenomenal, and we LOVE playing with him, but he can’t always take all the dates we have for him. We do not work with other horns, so we put him on the front line with our vocalists so he can step out for solos. We are looking for someone who knows what a corporate/wedding dance band is all about, can look, act, dress and perform the part. We are a variety dance band, so we cover everything from Top 40, Country and Disco to Motown and Classic Rock. What we are looking for: • Knows the sax parts from our current song list. • Knows how and when to add tasty improvs and fills. • Can sight read music. • Ability to learn new material quickly- No problem if you use an iPad for lyrics. • Polished and a professional attitude. • We are all seasoned musicians with years of experience in bands. We’ve been together for over 10 years. The money is very good, and the venues are top notch. PLEASE – if interested, please let us know – what bands have you played with?
