Royalty Cleaning Experts is looking for a part-time cleaner in Tenafly, NJ at an office space. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3 hours per day for a total of 9 hours per week that will eventually be 5 times per week. Scope of work is listed below: Kitchen Sanitizing all surfaces Loading/Unloading dishwasher Sweeping/Mopping the floors Microwave cleaning  All other appliances will be cleaned on the outside only unless specified (we can schedule once a month deep cleaning of refrigerators/all other appliances) Trash removal Consumable refills (Napkins, hand soap, dish soap, etc) Bathrooms Sanitizing all surfaces Glass wipe down Trash removal Sweeping/Mopping the floors  Door handle sanitizing  Consumable refills (Napkins, toilet paper, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners, etc,) Office areas/Common Areas/Conference Rooms Sanitizing all surfaces (Tables, desks, glass doors, door handles, elevator buttons, etc) Sweeping/Mopping of all floors Trash Removal  Re-setting conference rooms, wiping down conference room phones  Whiteboard wipe down  Refilling sanitizer stations if necessary  Vacuuming all carpets
