American Edge Real Estate Services is adding an additional maintenance person for the large portfolio of residential and commercial properties we manage. Full time person preferred but will consider part time. We are an established business with 30 years of service to our clients. 6 paid holidays. 10 days PTO after 1 year. Requirements: - Positive attitude, dependable, and detail oriented - Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting - Must have own basic hand tools and power tools - Must have vehicle capable of carrying tools, equipment, and materials - Valid drivers license Additional information: - Work hours 9-5 Monday thru Thursday, 9-4 Friday - Job is located in Menomonie - Send experience summary, phone #, and email address PAY DEPENDS ON BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
